The Voices of Women in Farming

This video was made for a group project for the class Media Responsibilities Over Time. The goal of this assignment was to make a 5 to 8 minute documentary on a group of people around the Des Moines, IA area that are underrepresented in the media. Our group chose women farmers. Along with the video we had to write several papers and present our research to the class. My role in the group was to film and edit the documentary. I really enjoyed this project both because I met some really great women farmers and I got to do something I enjoy, videography.
